I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I currently offer therapy services to individuals, couples, families, children, teens, and groups. I use an integrative approach including mindfulness, acceptance, and cognitive and behavioral principles as well as the humanistic and person-centered approach to ensure that the right skills are used to meet your goals. I have experience working with victims of abuse and trauma, Domestic Violence, sexual abuse, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, adoption, blended families, foster care, addictions, couples, children, and adults. I  do not believe in the one size fits all approach, I believe that each situation is different and will work with you to come up with a treatment plan tailored to fit your individual needs.
